Things to Consider While Closing During The Winter
Every season brings it's own challenge to closing on a property. In the winter time, it may be the buyers are unable to inspect the pool or the A/C before closing. The sellers are to perform their due diligence as they prepare their home for the winter weather and bring ease to the buyers mind that the home can handle the harsh conditions.
